Healthy habits prevent pimples??

There are some very simple things you can do to prevent acne breakouts. This stuff will work for some people more than others, it all depends on the severity of your acne problem.

Practice good hygiene. Keeping your body clean is very important for many reasons, and showering regularly can help to prevent pimples from forming on your body. Using a moisturizing body lotion will keep your skin in good condition and help to prevent body acne.

Take care of your face. You need to scrub your face if you want to keep those pores clean, and for God's sake do not use some crummy bar soap! You need to buy a good facial scrub, look for things like deep cleansing or deep exfoliating. In case you don't know, exfoliation is the process of cleaning up the dead skin cells that sit around on your face. Keeping in mind that pimples are caused by these dead skin cells clogging up your pores, it is easy to see how exfoliating your skin might be an important step in preventing breakouts and maintaining a clear complexion.

Exercise. It might sound a bit odd, but exercising regularly can in fact help to prevent acne. For one, it makes you sweat, and this is turn can help to keep your pores clean. Moreover, exercising has been shown to reduce stress, and it is widely believed that reducing stress can help to combat the bacteria that causes acne.
